Light Rail Directions (Newark Penn Station to NJIT/GITC Building)

    If you take the Newark City Subway from Newark Penn Station (go down the stairs next to McDonalds to the far platform), get out at Warren Street station. Walk straight and the first small street you will come to on your right is Bleeker Street. The building on the far side is GITC. Turn right to go to the campus-side entrance.     In the subway buy 2 "downtown fare" tickets before entering, one for the trip back.  Don't forget to validate one on each ride in the separate validating machines.  The subway normally leaves Penn Station from the farthest platform after you validate your ticket, heading towards Grove Street.

Light Rail Directions (NJIT/GITC Building to Newark Penn Station)

    Leave GITC from the campus-side entrance, turn right and head up the hill on Bleeker Street.  When you reach the intersection cross the street and walk left toward the train station. Take the Light Rail to the Newark Penn Station stop.
