All MS IS advisors are in the Guttenberg Informattion Technology Center (GITC) on the corner of Central Avenue and Lock Street. The entrance is in the rear of the building on Bleeker Street.
You have three choices for delivering forms. You can mail it to our office, drop it in our office, or take it to your MS IS advisor during his or her office hours. (See above for hours.)
You can drop forms with Professor Olsen in the GITC 4400 suite. Please include a self-addressed envelop so we can return the form to you. Include your email address, name and student ID clearly on the form, as well as a day and evening phone number.
